Sawn timber Spruce (WW)
The coniferous tree Picea abies, which grows slowly, has dense branches. This yellowish-white wood does not discriminate between heartwood and sapwood. The growth rings in the wood are easily observed. Spruce is a fantastic material for load-bearing structures and exterior cladding because of its strength and durability. Spruce wood has properties that make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and it's easy to work with. Wood usually has a density of between 370 and 450 kg/m3 at a moisture content of 12 to 15%.
